Our communities are often plagued with joblessness due to an under skilled and

undereducated population. In many communities drop out rates are high and graduation rates are dangerously low. Our neighborhoods are in severe economic decline due to concentrated poverty and lack of local business development. Our young people can be misguided due to lack of cultural exposure, physical activity and community role models.

Join The Movement’s inherent focus is on youth development, cultivating future leaders who will drive the renaissance in inner cities. VILLA develops programs and initiatives that promote academic excellence, support neighborhood economic investment, and provide exposure to multi-cultural experiences.
